Sunny Breeze 42-Lot Subdivision Comments Due February 18

The deadline for you to submit comments on the proposed 42-lot single family-home subdivision at 61521 Sunny Breeze Lane is Wednesday February 18. This 7.8-acre property is zoned Standard Density Residential (RS) and is adjacent to the Central Oregon Irrigation District (COID) property and the Canopy Trail in the Deschutes South Canyon.

You can review the updated application including the overall plan; transportation facility report (TFR); plans for tree preservation, grading and drainage; recording of the January neighborhood meeting; and other details on the planning application page.
