There will be a public meeting for a proposed 4-story commercial development, including a 70-unit hotel, spa, and restaurant. The project is located in the block surrounded by Arizona and Colorado Avenues, and Bond and Wall Streets. Note that this is not actually located within SCNA, but directly abuts, where it will have SCNA impacts.
