There will be a public meeting for the proposed Black Diamond Lofts mixed-use development project consisting of three 3-story buildings and one 5-story building. These will contain commercial space with 30 loft style residential units above. The project is located at 325 on NW Arizona Avenue across from the Market of Choice.
