Public Comment on Old Mill District Expansion

As we reported previously, William Smith Properties is planning an expansion project in the Old Mill consisting of three commercial buildings with 31,000 square feet of retail, 9 residential units, and parking on 3.54 acres in the Mixed Use (MR) Zone. The project is located on three tax lots located south of the intersection of SW Mill A Drive and SW Powerhouse Drive and is consistent with the Old Mill District Master Plan concept.

The City of Bend is taking public comments on a Site Plan Review/Design Review application for this development. You can review the application here.
