Comment Period for 3-Building Mixed-Use Development Near Old Mill District
The application for a 5-lot mixed-use development adjacent to the Box Factory has been revised and is advancing through the planning process. This application includes a proposed 3-building, 3-story mixed-use development, with 12,640 square feet of commercial space and 16 residential units with room for expansion on the vacant lot at 325 SW Arizona Avenue across from Market of Choice.
