There will be a public meeting for a proposed development project consisting of a mixed-use building that will include ground floor commercial space including a restaurant, a covered parking garage, apartments and short term rentals. The project is located at 325 SW Cyber Drive, between SW Simpson Avenue and SW Emkay Drive.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum for the developer and neighbors to discuss the proposed development prior to its application submission to the City of Bend.
