You are invited to a neighborhood meeting to learn about a proposed development project in your neighborhood. The project plan is to add a three-story structure and associated infrastructure at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater to formalize the interim cabanas, deck seating, restrooms and food / beverage accommodations within a permanent facility. No variances to City development code requirements are anticipated and the project is not proposed to increase capacity at the venue.
