There will be public meeting for a large development of 279 apartments at 1081 SW Mt. Bachelor Drive. This is across the street from the Pine Ridge Inn (also across the street from the Best Western Inn). The location is currently the large open lot at the Century Drive/Reed Market/Mt Bachelor Roundabouts.

This development will be two buildings, each one 6 stories tall with parking on the ground floor and 5 stories of apartments. If you wish to comment on this project in the future, it’s very important that you attend this public meeting to understand what is being proposed and sign up to be notified when the public is allowed to comment. In addition, this is your chance to have a conversation with the developer’s representative to express any changes you’d like to see for this project.

This is a HUGE development project and people are always concerned about the traffic issues. SCNA has asked the developer to present their traffic study at this meeting, and they have agreed to do so. Please tell your friends and neighbors to attend.
