Public Hearing for Timber Yards Parcel A Subdivision

You are invited to attend the neighborhood meeting for the Timber Yards Tentative Subdivision and Parcel A Site Plan Review. The recently approved Timber Yards Master Plan is the most significant new development in Southern Crossing and is located on 33+ acres zoned Mixed-Use Urban at 175 SW Industrial Way (East and North of SW Bond Street, adjacent to the Box Factory and the Old Mill District.)

Parcel A is planned to contain a mixed-use building consisting of about 234 dwelling units and about 16,500 square feet of retail/restaurant space. As a reminder, the complete Timber Yards development is expected to contain 1,600 residential units (including 250 senior housing units), 180-room hotel, 120,000 SF of offices, and 70,000 SF supporting retail and will take 10 years to complete.
