Another virtual meeting regarding the Pine Ridge Inn big development – May 6, 5:30pm
Because the developer neglected to give notification to all the neighbors as required, there will be another virtual meeting regarding the large development project to replace the Pine Ridge Inn at Colorado, Mt. Bachelor Drive, and Century Drive.

There is a traffic analysis and transportation information included with the documents. I have attached these also. This is a large project with 2 hotels, 5 luxury condos with retail below, and parking. The developer is asking for a variance to create an entrance onto Colorado and that driveway would cross the Haul Trail bicycle trail. I have also attached a map and elevations for the project.
The first step in this process is for the developer to let the public know what they are planning. At that point, anyone can comment, but there will be a later public comment period where your comment will become part of the public record.
