You are invited to attend the neighborhood meeting regarding the planned +/- 6-lot Timber Yards Tentative Subdivision within the approved Timber Yards Master Plan. The recently updated Timber Yards Master Plan is the most significant new development in Southern Crossing and is located on 33+ acres zoned Mixed-Use Urban at 175 SW Industrial Way (East and North of SW Bond Street, adjacent to the Box Factory and the Old Mill District.)
