The Orchard District Neighborhood Association and the City of Bend are conducting a Community Information Session regarding proposed Bend Development Code changes (download them here) to support higher density housing, taller buildings, and less parking. These changes are Bend’s response to Oregon HB2001. The session will be held online using Zoom from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Thursday, July 22. It will include a presentation by City staff followed by a question and answer opportunity.
