Spotlight on Growth in Southern Crossing at 2024 General Membership Meeting
Get the latest on major housing development and transportation improvements coming soon to our neighborhood at the SCNA annual General Membership Meeting at the Hampton Inn in Southern Crossing. All SCNA residents and business are invited to attend this important community meeting.
The first half hour will be for socializing, with appetizers on us, and a cash bar available.
The program will begin at 6:30pm with presentations and Q&A with representatives from the Jackstraw and Timber Yards developments near the Old Mill, and City of Bend Transportation and Mobility Department. Following the presentations, our City Council liaison Barb Campbell will offer comments. The evening will wrap up with Board and officer elections.

It’s Board Election Time – Your neighborhood needs you!
This is an exciting time for Southern Crossing, with lots of change in the near and far future. You can learn what is happening in YOUR neighborhood by being on the Board of the Southern Crossing Neighborhood Association. You can also help influence growth and development by being involved, instead of just watching the changes happening in Bend. This is an opportunity to make a difference.
Board meetings are held monthly on Zoom. New board members will begin their two-year terms January 1, 2025. General board member positions are open, and officer positions of Vice-Chair and Secretary are up for election.
Board members will be elected at our General Membership Meeting (see above). You can indicate your interest in being on the Board here. Candidates may also be nominated at the meeting. (You are allowed to nominate yourself.) Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
